We recently had the pleasure of working with RM Myers & Co. Ltd on our Elswick Hall project in Newcastle upon Tyne, which involved the conversion of a derelict care home into a 25-bed specialist care facility RM Myers & Co. Ltd were responsible for delivering the full HVAC subcontract package, which they completed seamlessly throughout the project. Their team worked collaboratively alongside other trades on site, consistently going above and beyond to ensure the project progressed smoothly and remained both on programme and within budget. The boiler installation presented a particularly complex challenge on this scheme. The available space for the plant room was extremely limited due to the restrictive constraints of the existing building and the specific requirements of the client. Despite these challenges, the Myers team approached the installation with professionalism and expertise. The finished plant room is a testament to their workmanship and attention to detail, having been completed to an exceptionally high standard.

I’d like to confirm that the above statement is correct regarding the energy savings since R.M Myers supplied and installed the new heating and hot water boilers at Hope Wood Academy. Our energy usage and costs are monitored by an external body whose reports have verified the savings. As a school, we have also saved on high repair costs due to the reliability of the product and expert installation. R.M. Myers were our chosen contractors for the installation as they had a far superior knowledge to what was required and were able to explain everything in great detail. Throughout the installation, R.
